The in-person guests received an official invitation letter or email inviting them to the various PFUE and CIVIS sessions.
Arrival in Marseille
All the events are organised in the premises of Aix-Marseille Université inside the Pharo garden. As soon as you arrive, a hostess will be present to welcome you, give you your welcome pack and show you the rooms for each session.
Sanitary instructions
Access to the Pharo premises is subject to the presentation of a valid vaccination pass. Self-tests will be available at the reception as well as hydroalcoholic gel and spare masks if necessary.
We also ask you to respect the barrier gestures and to maintain safe distances.
Security
Within the framework of the Vigipirate plan, the security measures will be reinforced for all the events labelled French Presidency of the European Union. A security check will therefore be carried out at the entrance to the premises. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to present your identity card as well as your bags and luggage at the entrance of the building.
Only the public conference labelled PFUE on the 10th March "European universities between territorial integration and global ambition: a new dynamic for the Europe-Africa partnership" is open to the general public. To participate, you must register via the online form. You will then receive a link to access the conference broadcast live.
All other events will take place in person and by invitation only. If you have been invited but are unable to attend, please contact the organisers at pfue-amu@lists.civis.eu to find out about remote access solutions.
